Important Insurance Network Update
Starting January 1, 2027, we will be in-network exclusively with Cigna and Aetna dental plans
Understanding Our Insurance Network Changes
Dear Valued Patients,
As we celebrate Dr. Marks 40 years of serving our community, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued trust, loyalty, and support. It has been an honor to care for your and your families over the years, and we sincerely appreciate the relationships we've built together.
Throughout the past four decades, our commitment has always been to provide the highest quality dental care while putting our patients' needs first. To continue delivering the level of care you deserve, we have made an important decision regarding our participation with dental insurance plans.
Beginning October 2026, our practice will transition to a fully Fee-for-Service (FFS) model. We will continue to remain in-network with Guardian and Aetna. For patients with all other dental insurance lans, we will be considered out-of-network.
Please know this change does not mean you cannot use your dental insurance at our office. As always, our team will gladly submit your insurance claims on your behalf. Your insurance reimbursement will be sent directly to you by your insurance carrier.
This decision was not made lightly. Over the years, insurance companies have continued to reduce reimbursement rates while increasing administrative requirements. Unfortunately, many insurance plans no longer provide reimbursement that reflects the quality of care, time, and attention our patients deserve. After 40 years of dedicated service, Dr. Marks believes it is important to make decisions that allow our practice to continue focusing on exceptional patient care rather than the limitations imposed by insurance companies.
Our priority has always been-and will always remain-providing personalized, high-quality dentistry in a comfortable and caring environment. We believe this transition will allow us to continue offering the excellent care you have come to expect from our practice.
If you have any questions or concerns about this change or would like to discuss your insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office or ask any member of our team during your next visit. We are always happy to help.
Than you again for your trust, confidence, and loyalty over the past 40 years. We look forward to continuing to care for your smiles for many years to come.
With sincere appreciation,
Dr. Marks and Team
